He has low 20s% SAHG like me. Khatri have some of the lowest SAHG among Indo-Aryan populations. And Jatts have some more, so I’m guessing low 20s.

Oats are very nice when you need a refeed day or have a heavy lift later in the evening , i of course add the protein powder as well , this chocolate peanut butter flavored one

I add cool whip at the end or zero calorie whipping cream and its like a brownie / cake consistency, i cant ever go a few days without eating this

Yep, that's the idea. Every day is a refeed day for me unless I'm doing keto - I'm surprised more people don't know about adding protein powder to their oatmeal. Protein powder with flavors never usually have an excess of sugar and sometimes just have those sugar alcohols or w/e to make it taste sweet.

It shouldn't if you buy those liquid egg whites from the store. They should be completely fine to drink. It tastes like a mix of water and a little bit of milk, with no egg consistency whatsoever.
