Is the recessed upper maxilla/midface. Like seriously, it's incredibly brutal and cruel.

Recessed lower maxilla, mandible and jaws can be corrected with bimax, but if the bones around your eyes and in your midface are recessed to a large degree, it's so fucking over. You are literally never going to look like a normal person. Not a single girl will find this zombie fish look attractive:

Harmony. There's a good change those implants and fillers are not gonna look natural, or that they don't match with the rest of your features if the rest of your face is still underdeveloped.
Plus good luck trying to cure this eye are with some 1 mm infraorbital implant.
