Thinking this would be stupid, he's already lean. Now see this:
Same bodyfat, different skull shape. Yea he still looks bloated but way less because his head is no longer round (tall skull now). Not all people have caucasian skulls, some do have round heads for example asians and latinos always have this round look on their faces. So if you think you will ascend by just getting lean, first cut your skull.
