It’s the cheeks
Eliminating the fat in this area gives hollow cheeks, no nasolabial folds, illusion of facial depth , ogee curve and zygo protrusion. Unfortunately one of the last areas to go. I canfacepull fatpull my jaws to give lower third definition but nothing to do about cheeks only weight loss
Laurtner is the exception to this as his main appeal is jaw but his cheek fat descends him just as much
