Don't keep food in your house. Otherwise you will give in and binge eating like 8000 calories in one day and wipe out a week of progress. Don't even eat every day. For example right now I'm just eating once every 2 days, I go out and have a 3000 calorie meal then eat again 2 days later.

20 chicken nuggets
2 double cheeseburgers

3834 calories 176g protein

Trust me this is the most important leanmax advice ever given on this forum. Try to eat at a slight calorie deficit like normies recommend, you'll fail and binge. You need to do alternate day fasting and not keep food in the house. One big meal every 2 days. Your stomach will also shrink from the fasting so your appetite will go down.

every leanmaxxing advice in this godforsaken site is such bull shit man and you can never stick to it for long term progression and maintenance. stick to high volume(fibres) , something satiating (lean protein),tons of liquids (low calorie drinks/caffeine). i eat 1000g of cauliflower and 250g of chicken breast with energy drinks and 2 big cups of coffee and all this only has 800 calories and am almost never hungry jfl at peoples shitty fasting leanmaxxing advice when its never sustainable
