Running as a form of exercise.
1. It's catabolic. Running by itself will result in a skinny fat physique. Running doesn't build muscle, in fact it breaks it down.
2. MOST IMPORTANT. It fucks your collagen. Repetitive up and down motion of your body bouncing off the ground accumulated over long periods of time will drag out your facial skin and give you that classic 'runner's face'. Look at the start of a marathon line. Notice how almost all of the competitors are subhuman skeletors with gaunt, collagen-starved faces.
