i’m a fatcel so i’ve been in a calorie deficit of 1200

i’ve been working out 3 days a week
for cardio i play sports (football, basketball and sometimes american football)

i try and eat way cleaner than i did before

im also doing basic softmaxxing overall atm.

but i will do alot more hard core shit later on as i first wanna get my bf down to 12% and see how i look then.. after that ill go ahead and see what needs more work
