Define you nr. 1 goal of your bodyshape.
The nr.1 reason that Bodyshape + Gym + diet advice is inconsistent and all over the place:
People don't define their most important factor/goal of the bodyshape.
On top of that, you CAN'T have it all, in bodyshape. you NEED to pick 1 goal, you can't have multipule.
The most important factor/goal can for example be:
- maximum appeal to average female appeal
- maximum weightlifting and powerlifting performance
- maximum chance of winning bodybuilding competition
- maximum status among dudes
- etc..
Now when you mogg in 1 of these, the others will be bad/shit. And always there will be someone here, saying you need something else.
If a dude has maximised appeal to women, there will be dudes saying he needs to bulk and looks weak.
If a dude is powerlifter maxxed shape, there will be dudes saying you are zero smv fatty.
etc....
To show some examples, of bodyshape goals:
maximum appeal to average female appeal
maximum weightlifting and powerlifting performance
maximum chance of winning bodybuilding competition, maybe max appeal to niche diehard gymgirls also
maximum status among dudes
