Title is slightly clickbait but not really. Potassium chloride (KCL) has debloated me like shit. Fuck coconut water bananas and all that other bs. I can finally send pics of my face to girls and went from getting nothing to 3 dates set up this week with different girls due to the debloat. Granted i literally use to drink 1-2 bottles of water a day and all zero sugar soda but still insane results.

Yessir drink your water too brother, I was bloated from eating 2500 cals of pure sodium goyslop sometimes 2-3x a day so my sodium to potassium was out of control

Also make sure you get the powder and megadose it in some water. It taste like absolute shit but it’s worth it
