I’m going to start off this thread by saying if you’re one of those people that hate eating raw meat, get the fuck off the thread and don’t bother reading it because I don’t have time to deal with retards who aren’t even trying to hear another opinion except there own
Testosterone is pretty much the only hormone you need to ascend, I’m sure pretty much everyone on the thread knows this. However, I realized in these past couple of days that very few men on this forum genuinely try to get natural testosterone (including myself, I was considering taking Test before doing research.)
WHY SHOULD YOU NOT BLAST TESTOSTERONE?
Because it fucks your genetics and how you were originally meant to be. Synthetic testosterone makes you a cuck with prostate cancer. If it’s you’re last resort because you’re body has some sort of deformity that makes it produce very little testosterone then sure.
But 90% of the people on this forum have low testosterone because they don’t EAT properly, not because of something in there genetics.
WHY SHOULD YOU EAT RAW MEAT?
Raw meat singlehandly has pretty much every nutrient you need. Humans were designed to eat raw meat, nuts, and berries, and VEGETABLES (I don’t understand why so many raw meat eaters demonize it. It can be eaten and beneficial in small portions, but at the same time if you’re eating raw meat you can pretty much get all necessary vitamins from that)
The ONLY type of workout you should be doing is sprints (90 sec intervals 30 second break)
I’m not backing up most of what I say with studies because this is a low effort thread. If you want me to go in depth or argue in the reply section go ahead.
Raw milk, raw meat, honey, Brazilian nuts, salmon (I actually cook my salmon very slightly because I get it store bought), and berries. This is what you should be eating, don’t let retards on here spoonfeed you some bullshit like “real good chicken tenders” or “no carb tortillas” you’re literally begging for your test to diminish when you eat garbage like that
