I will do an experiment, for two weeks I won’t eat any fruit vegetables grains or any mild carbs, just raw eggs, chicken, raw meat like liver (if you want reply with everything you want me to eat through those two weeks)

And for two weeks, I’ll eat animal food with carbs

I will tag you in this thread after I am done and I will tell you which two weeks my body looked better, my face looked better, and how I felt overall and it will be completely unbiased with me not pointing to any specific direction in who I want better results with, so it’ll just be a straight raw experiment
