- no carbs (shouldn´t be eating them anyways, water)
- coconut water (almost zero calories, will be your best friend for maintaining a 4:1 potassium-sodium ratio, a little bit of carbs, should be the only time you consume them)
- 2L of water a day (with a zero carb diet and coconut water 2L should be just enough)
- never stress (water)
- at least 8 hours of quality sleep (you can buy stuff to track it, if you can get more than 8 hours that´s great)

and that´s literally it.
