People love to say looks don't matter, but the reality is that your skin can completely change the way you're perceived before you even say a word. You can have a strong jaw, mog features, and still be looked down upon if your face is covered in acne, pimples, or just looks unhealthy. Clear skin makes your bone structure stand out, gives you a healthier appearance, and signals that you take care of yourself.

The issue is modern skincare has been overly complicated and people with no actual understanding of pharmacology just throw random products on their face hoping it'll do something for their subhuman skin.

So in this thread I aim to break it down for all of you as simply as possible and go over the most effective treatments for clearing acne, anti-aging, and long term skin gains.

I was able to take my skin from this:

to this:
IMG 5739
within a matter of months.

1. You want to build your skincare with a base foundation of some sort of retinoid, weather that be tretinoin, tazarotene, or Accutane.
For beginners or first time retinoid users, id recommend starting off with tretinoin cream. Specifically the 0.025%, you can always increase the strength later, dont listen to the retards who tell you to start at the strongest dose, this will only do more harm for your skin than good (r.i.p skin barrier lol)
Tre0006 1

This is going to help increase cell turnover, increase collagen synthesis, and help with long term skin anti aging by reducing the enzym that causes collagen breakdown from UV exposure.

Start with 2-3x applications weekly. Do NOT try to balls deep this treatment or your skin will punish you. Patience is key with skin.

Never use more than a pea sized amount for your whole face. And be sure to use the "sandwich method" which involves applying a thin layer of moisturizer before the tret, then applying the tret, then finishing off with a last coating of your moisturizer. This avoids irritation from the topical.

As your skin gradually adapts to the 2-3x uses a week, you can slowly up your frequency to eod, 5x week, and eventually daily. After you have "maxxed out 0.025%, feel free to just stay there if the results satisfy you, or consider a higher strength like 0.5 or 0.1, or even taz.

TazaroteneCream1
taz seems to be the "newer" age retinoid targeted for more severe and stubborn acne. I personally find tret to be overall better with more long term anti aging data to back it up, but alot of people are now switching to or opting for taz as it is much stronger with promising results. (Keep in mind irritation, dryness, and peeling is much stronger with this compared to most of any topicals, but seems to last fairly short).

Evalon estriol cream 1000x1000
Now for another addition to your skincare; estriol cream. This is vaginal cream that is used for the face and cosmetic purposes especially for women experiencing during or post menopause. This cream is estrogen but the weakest form (E3). It does not go systemic and mess with your hormones and give you unwanted feminine side effects. The reason women use it after menopause is because with estrogen decline, women lose a lot of that youthful collagen and elastin filled face, so replenishing your estrogen receptors with this has been statistically proven to help restore your face. Increased collagen production, removes fine lines and wrinkles, anti aging, moisture retention in the skin, hyaluronic acid retention, etc..

Yes most of if not all the data is done on women, but it doesn't mean it wont work for men. You can still use this and achieve some good results, but keep in mind it is not a standalone product nor does it help acne. Best if paired with a retinoid and is used as an add on enhancement to your skin. I use a pea sized amount every night before bed after applying my tret, then I layer it off with moisturizer.

Ex; Cleanse face, wait 15-20 mins to avoid the tret going in too deep and causing irritation, apply thin layer of moisturizer, apply pea sized tret, apply pea sized estriol, moisturize once again, that's it. simple as that

Accutane isotretinoin 20 mg 500x500

And now for The final sledgehammer, Accutane. This again is another vitamin A derivative just like tretinoin, except Its used for slightly different reasons. Accutane or isotretinoin is an oral pill that works by dramatically reducing your oil production and shrinking your oil glands by up to 70-90%. This in result basically removes the existence of your acne since oil and sebum production are one of the main drivers for acne formation in the first place.

I would only use this if you have been dealing with or are currently struggling with severe acne that wont budge. There isn't any acne that Accutane wont fix. You may need multiple runs or higher dosages, but it 100% works. It is the most clinically back up effective treatment for acne for a reason. It is not used for anti aging or long term skin quality, that's what the topical retinoids are for.

It also carries the most risks since its an oral that passes the liver and goes systemic. Sides include; extreme dryness, cracked lips, bloody nose, dry eyes, hair shed/loss, depression/suicidal thoughts (rare), and liver enzyme elevations but data suggests only 11-15% of users get this and its usually mild. Its NOT as toxic as these normie idiots claim :ROFLMAO:.

And now finally remember that all these topicals and orals significantly increase your sensitivity to the sun, so ensure you always wear sunblock before going into the sun, preferabbly spf50, pa++++. This grants full protection from every UVA and UVB ray from the sun.

Always remembner to use a cleanser and mouisturzxer daily no matter what your on. (And please dont do all of these at once jfl)

plz bump ts:feelshah:
