Italy is only a tourist destination for people in the real world, haven’t heard anything that makes it an actual contender in world politics or anything
I’m not even close to being an American. This doesn’t have anything to do with geography just economic and military power/influence
Also there isn’t a single country there that actually is relevant for a proper reason. The closest is Egypt but that place is a shithole politically/in general, just has lots of history

The UK WAS a powerhouse. Now it’s 66 million people confined to a tiny island that has the shittiest weather on this planet. But it’s still very relevant because of its influence and strong industries
