The hair man. With black hair since it's so nappy it appears to grow slower than other hair. It's way harder to style your hair than with other hair. These are the only haircuts a black guy can get:

Other guys can style their hair without having to go through a 5 hour procedure
(Aka getting dreadlock, braids, etc.). They can also hide a bad hairline with thier hair. Hair is also a easy way to raise your looks.

I just don't like front tapers. If your forehead is big, or you recede, it's nearly impossible to hide.

90% of having good hair as a black guy is about having a good, low hairline. If your shit is high/receding, it's over. And you can't do shit to cover it up
