The only thing that truly makes me joyful

when I look my best and i am in good shape
Depression goes away Instantly
I start enjoying life
I start persuing my passion and do many copes to enjoy life
Start talking to my family more etc

When I look bad/ or something is off
I don’t want go out nor be seen
I just want to lie down and rot all day in a dark room
