The past two winters have been incredibly cold for me

I can't tell if it's just that I'm unhealthier or maybe healthier and therefore more in tune with my senses or that it's gotten incredibly so much colder


One thing I know for sure is that no other year did the UK have so little sunlight. Like we literally didn't have a summer. Oh but we had two warm sunny weeks in September so despite the entire rest of the year being cold and grey it means there's global warming

Taking SSRI (depression medication) to cope with the climate. It seems like pills are prescribed far more often in countries with colder, darker environments
