I'd say the perfect way to get rid of them is the mods make you post a picture of your face with a piece of paper with your username on it. Just like some Reddit communities do.

Face is not enough, a bitch may look like a man and using makeup and some AI she can pass. A photo needs to be submited showing users erect penis and face in one frame, even better a video of the user jerking off holding a timestamp with looksmax.org and his requested username. It's the only way to be sure.
