I am being 100% srs. I looked out my window and he was there AGAIN. Just walking through me and my neighbors back yard. Knocked on my window and he saw me and just walked away. At least he didn't take a picture of me like last time.

Miami is a weird fucking place guys. He's probably just a tweaker but still. Doing this shit at 12:30 while I'm home alone for the night... smh.
