I’ve been wondering about this for a while and had an epiphany 1 week ago.
I found out about the “power of belief”.
Now before you guys say “oh you’re just a coping dog” or “gtfo with that redpill BS”, hear me out here
When you see an ugly subhuman like Jeff bezos, or a average guy getting a Stacy, or in general, men beating the odds and becoming successful, a lot of people here will just chalk it up to “luck”. This is indeed a losers mentality.
A universal trait among all men who beat the odds and also men who have the odds rigged in their favour (chads, ppl born rich, etc), is the power of belief. They all share this trait.
The “power of belief” isn’t something that can be completely defined, but a simplistic definition I can give is a mindset to win.
you can’t just get this mindset though, you can’t just think you’re a winner and become one. You don’t have the mind for it, therefore you don’t have the body to carry out your plans. Your body follows the mind.
This mindset is forged through a positive reinforcement loop, which gives you an ideal dopamine balance and makes you less likely to consider failure as an option. This is a weaker form of the power of belief though, chads usually have this.
The most raw And powerful form of the power of belief is when it’s backed by a goal. An objective, a condition. For example, narcissists are well known for being overly ambitious and hungry for success.
This is because their narcissism has them in a constant mindset of compete, conquer and move onto the next goal. They do not consider failure, and rapidly improve themselves every time they can so they have even more a license to feel good about themselves or brag.
some copers here will mention “I’m narcy and I’m not successful” or will mention some perma rotters on lookism.
Remember that self delusions of grandeur coated in depression isnt narcissism. It’s stupidity and self delusion. There is a big difference.
An actual narcissist is grounded in reality, they know what has to be done and are completely confident in their abilities. Someone stuck in a loop of self grandeur, delusion and eventual depression is not grounded in reality. They overestimate their abilities, refuse to acknowledge reality and eventually “crash” once reality becomes too much for their mind to handle.
That is why there’s a major difference in QoL between Fortune 500 executives who are Giga narcissists and people here who brag about their looks and self perceived SMV. I know people will use the “muh education and connections cope”. Anyone who does indeed has a losers mentality.
The final form of the power of belief and by far the strongest form is a power of belief fuelled by anger. A thirst for revenge.
Revenge and anger can motivate any man to do anything. Almost every villain in history has always grinded and put in the work out of anger. Anger is a fire inside you that cannot be quenched.
The problem is that 99%+ of people cannot utilize anger properly. Their anger boils over and destroys them. The person with anger fails to achieve their goal because their mind was clouded by rage. That 1% who utilize it properly become the most notorious villains in history. There’s a reason why you get a hitler every few hundred years while there’s a dylann roof or SFcel mass shooter every other week. Anger is a weapon and a self destructive tool. Use it properly and you will succeed.
with the power of belief you can legit do anything within a reasonable range. Obviously you won’t walk on the moon with the power of belief but you probably will get a GF, get money and live a better life than most normies and enjoy yourself, with minimal amounts of depression.
As for getting the power of belief, it’s a trait that’s very hard to attain if you weren’t raised to have it, like all other valuable traits. A positive reinforcement cycle from youth is all but necessary for this.
But it’s not impossible. I will make another thread detailing this
