I'm actually deformed due to skull injury when I was 6 which hindered bone development as I grew. Nobody on this forum has it bad as me. The good news is that I would have a great base if I grew normally, due to high prenatal t I have big bones due to my high t father

my malocclusion is fine however my orbitals and upper midface is recessed to the point that my eyeballs are bulging i think my supraorbitals and infraorbitals aren't fully developed due to my accident when i was 6 which hindered my bone development and causing severe obstruction sleep apnea, normal AHI is below 5 my AHI is 105 which is extreme, I'm getting a Head and neck surgeon plus maxillofacial surgeon to evaluate. I'm pretty sure I'm lefort 3 qualified.

Obviously those examples needed lefort II / III because they have class III or flat midface, the first and second examples have literally cruzon, meaning that their maxilla is recessed in centimeters, not a few millimeters like most people with class I / II have.

The only thing that most here can get is the modified version of lefort from Dr. Sinn from Texas, which cut parts of the malar region and infraorbitals.
But I doubt hes still doing it when he is like 78.

And that's why it's unfair. I'm far from this, but those people who had a worse starting point ended up looking better than me. That means that I have every right to wish I was as deformed as them...

How the fuck do I convince a council of doctors (that's how they do surgeries here) to perform Le Fort II on me. The word is out that I'm obsessed about insufficient maxilla and the local surgeons avoid me like plague. They even told me: "yeah, we don't want any lawsuits afterwards, buddy". I think they just realized my goal is to Chadmaxx and they know I might not be satisfied with results and would sue the shit out of them if something goes wrong. So I am at a loss, where do I go now?

Monobloc is straight up autism jfl lefort 3 isn't and plenty of surgeons will preform it you need to pay more cause they charge more
