Also the forum wouldn’t become niche , the forum just needs to let go of superstitious, pseudoscience looksmax principles and instead have autists focus on surgery and hormone manipulation. This wouldn’t decrease the members, it would just lead to members focusing on stuff that actually works.

You are correct about the methods mentioned being pure autism, but one of the benefits of looksmax is its freedom of speech. You can say whatever you want, even if its talking about cope looksmaxes such as bonesmashing. The problem is that nobody here is a doctor, looksmax is just the website to give guidance on what surgeries to aim for. This isn't the place for truly indepth convosations, because people will just be copy pasting shit they found from the first page of google.
