The high carbohydrate diet is way better than the raw diet/carnivore diet

The only reason people use to cope and justify their raw diet is because they say it has more vitamins and minerals, which is barely true and you can get even more by eating a balanced healthy diet

Also eating raw stuff is just fucking disgusting
I’m sorry, but there’s no way in hell i’m going anywhere near that infected so called “food” that’s full of bacteria and diseases that are ready to claim my soul

The best thing to do is eat as many carbs as you can while eating enough protein and fats as well, carbs are the most important macronutrient (all raw/carnivore diets heavily lack carbs)

The best thing about raw diet copers is that they can never prove me wrong when i ask them to provide evidence

tldr: eating raw food once in a while isn’t the worst thing ever but you shouldn’t overdo it

Eating enough carbs per day is essential especially for people that workout because their glycogen stores get depleted and they get fatigued, so carbs are the best for taking care of both of those problems
eating a lot of carbs will significantly increase muscle protein synthesis as well as a myriad of other bodily functions

I can't say with 100% certainty if you're correct or not because I've never tried the carnivore diet myself,

but yes biologically it's optimal for humans to eat carbohydrates because it is the body's preferred and most efficient source of energy.

Carbs are shit. Only good source of carbs are animal sources like raw dairy, fruits and raw honey.

Bread/rice/pasta/oats all that bullshit are garbage. Phytic acid, gluten, oxalates and much more, it will cause calcium deficiency, kidney stones, inflammation, zinc deficiency, infertility etc.

I aim to try to eat 4g of carbs per pound of bodyweight
However I acknowledge the importance of other macronutrients and don’t neglect them, I get enough fats per day as they are crucial for hormonal production, and I also get in a minimum of 0.7 Grams of protein per pound of my bodyweight

By doing this I feel amazing, I recommend this diet to everybody on here

As long as you’re trying, that’s all that matters
tracking macros isn’t necessary if you have a general idea of what your food is made up of
unless you’re on a calorie deficit, then not tracking macros isn’t the end of the world

Phytic acid helps fight against cancer and diseases, and it’s only inhibits the absorption of a few minerals in very high doses, and if you do eat high doses of phytic acid in a meal it will only inhibit the absorption for that one meal.

all foods inhibit and upregulate absorption of one thing or another for the most part, this doesn’t mean we need to start cutting out entire food groups and become a carnivore
because all of these foods work together in conjunction and make it so that at the end of the day, if you eat a balanced diet you won’t be severely deficient in anything
for example, eating nuts inhibits iron absorption but orange juice upregulates it

Zinc picolinate and acetate have a bioavailability of 50-60%, the rest either get from your diet or just double your dose of the supplement

Don’t just have a huge meal of only carbohydrates, have a few meals separated throughout the day that consist of all macronutrient groups
