The short answer here is No, it wouldn’t.

  • You don’t have the time to train 2-3 times per day every day
  • You don’t have an atmosphere like that to train in
  • You don’t have anything like the motivation or drive to train required
  • You (probably) aren’t taking copious amounts of drugs

I didn’t say it’s for everyone. The thing is that this system is THE BEST thing you can afford to do given you eat enough and you have enough time. If you don’t, you will have to adapt it to yourself being conscious the gains will not be optimal

This system is for neets , most of which are lazy bastard anyways
 
Enhanced bodybuilders don’t need to train strength to grow, they need to pump the drugs straight into their muscles with high reps
 
Just researched this thing, no one in their right mind is doing this. The original guy who did it drugged up the guys to an insane level to get them to be able to even complete the training regiment. It's overkill, impractical and there are better ways to be natty fit.
