The real reason is that looks will always be superior to those because when a woman loves you for your looks she loves YOU as a person.
The only thing that can match that or even surpass it is personality. Money and status are things that in my opinion will never feel the same as being loved by who you are except if you have some sort of psycopathy or sociopathy or narcicissm, etc, and therefore do not care much about external love but only yourself. Any person can appear with more paper on a wallet sooner or later.
The feeling of being loved by something YOU are and not by something you have but anyone else can have seems something really satisfactory, transmitts the real sweetness that a girl can give and a man feel from her, it builts loyalty from the first moment because it is something that no one else has except for yourself, and it sounds like a real ground to start something good, prosperous and with great moments of joy.
