It's a rehash of AMS's confidence video which was made years ago, but I agree.

You aren't going to be confident in something if you never got success first. It's not something you can fake until you make it.

You become confident in the ONS market after you already had lots of women.
You become confident you can throw a 3 pointer in NBA with your eyes closed once you've done it 5 000 times successfully.

It's not something you can "learn" from reading a bunch of pickup books or redpill articles.
