The Astral Realm has lots of undefined space that one goes into upon death if no prior destination has been set. This in no way prevents us from interacting with one another unless the person who has died is actively hiding or believes themselves lost or trapped. If no preparation has been made, in the forms of either direct preparation like I advocate for here, attachment to a god head or astral community, or at the very least time spent contemplating death, they may wind up in some sort of fog or confusion for a while in the undefined, but eventually they will either come crossed space some other consciousness has defined or imagine something cohesive enough of their own to get a firm grasp on.
