That's the problem. If you didn't form those connections in school, you can't really get them later. You can't just "Meet new friends" or anything at work. You can talk to your coworkers and be on good terms with them but it will usually never become a true friendship like those in school anymore. If you were a social outcast in school, it's basically over.

Only looks requirement for friends is to have good hygiene and to not be deformed. Being a decent size is also important so other men respect you. Although if your subhuman you will have to hang out with other subhumans. Personality matters more for making friends.
