Brave allows you to use a faster inbuilt tor so even if your isp could track you if you have a good vpn underneath the tor relay then they will need to go through that layers of security so far this is the safest browser i am aware off tbh it mogs fire fox in speed and it mogs opera in the sense it is already built in it's 1 down side is it's made from chromiam software
