I'm thinking about getting rhinoplasty, but a friend of mine warned me that looksmaxing is like getting tattoos: once you get one, it's hard to stop and you end up wanting more. That got me wondering — how many cosmetic procedures does it take before someone can be called a looksmaxer?

Even just one because the amount of people (especially men) who get cosmetic surgery is very small for two reasons

One is just the moral/philosophical aversion most people have towards surgeries and fear of being judged for it

Two is that people in the modern day are just completely dogshit at managing their money. I could never imagine the average 20 something American saving up 10k nowadays. Dudes are paying in installments on their fucking Taco Bell order now

Yeah but then it gets to a point when it straight up becomes a mental illness. I agree about brain chemistry yeah that was my point. Some people simply can’t cope with the fact that they’re limited by their base and more surgeries will just make them look uncanny and laughing stocks like some goons you see on tiktok who think they’re “hot shit”.

With time you just realise that trimax and maybe few other surgeries will give you actual changes, seems like everything else is fucking cope. It’s no wonder there are barely any other surgery results out there other than lower thirds.

Now looksmaxxers entered another “come and go” phase lol - fat grafts. Two people already posted their results here because it’s such an easy thing to get and then they look almost exactly the same after a month. People just keep coping. If lower third surgeries won’t fix you then it’s probably over. Rhino is also very good.

Maybe I will make a thread about allat someday when I gather good amount of evidence.

I was gonna get fat grafts, but then somehow convinced myself to get infra-malars instead later this year (design already made).

Hopefully it goes well. It’s hard to get them right, a lot of uncanny results from that. It’s one of those “hit or miss” surgeries. Also the fact that you need to maintain them with grafts, and then imagine aging and losing fat. Maintaining them for the rest of your life, sounds brutal. Just don’t go too hard on them I guess is my advice.
There are barely any results of them from looksmaxxers, everyone just keeps jerking their willy to decade old Saiyan result, fucking lol. But hey, you might be okay. It’s probably not a horrible surgery.
I wanted to get em too but changed my mind. I got a slight ogee curve with age and it’ll probably get better because cheeks fat slowly disappears.

There are not a lot of results from young people, most older guys who get them don't get a midfacelift after. Going light on the infras.
