This meme that women are somehow more emotionally intelligent than men is just another bullshit gender myth for the pile of bullshit gender myths. Women like most men, are just mindless creatures driven by their instincts. They see a good looking alpha male and want to breed with them, just like men do when they see good looking women. They are not more intelligent than men in this regard.

And the reason women are more "agreeable" than men is because men don't feel threatened by them like they would if the other person was another male, whom by instinct they will see as being somebody that's competing with them. Women are not more socially intelligent.
