A common theme is that university is often the last chance to hook up or lock down an attractive girl. But many guys in Texas won’t even get that chance since there’s only a few top colleges where it’s common. Any other school and Stacies (especially white) are rare.
In most other regions like the Midwest, there isn’t much difference to what school you go. In most TX colleges, you won’t have the stereotypical university experience because the GL people are largely concentrated in a few places.
Plus, those 3-4 Texas universities like A&M have top 10% auto-admission so if you’re in the bottom 90% of your high school class, you’re screwed.
