Only solution is"wrist osteotomy" if you are that insecure about them or blast hgh if you are in puberty.

Small bone = small forearm/bicep circumference
Thin wrists and joints = smaller muscle insertions

Tldr = you might acheive better forearm:wrist ratio as a wristcel, but IRL that means your arms overall will be much smaller and youll get mogged a lot

Example = I have some muscle on me, more than most people, but I get mogged non stop by normies who dont lift. Just because they have the extra inch or two, from bone. Its hard to add muscle, and its even harder once you train for a few years and hit plateaus. When you hit that you would kill for "extra inch or two". Its a night and day difference

I just measured my bicep without pump and came to a 37 cm.

So my conclusion is = youre full of shit, 40cm arms are small as fuck, even smaller than average men with normal bones have. Tiny 40cm arms with even tinier 16cm wrist makes you an absolute incel

My arms are literally so tiny and thin its embarrassing. I get mogged by children and skeletons.

my biceps were always the worst bodypart together with chest, so people that were complimenting mostly mentioned my broad shoulders.


I just measured my bicep without pump and came to a 37 cm.

lmao yours are probably flabby as fuck. I can't flex my arms in a xl dressshirt as my arms are too big, so they can't be below average, as everybody else that wears a xl or lower would also have that problem. Also the difference between 37 and 40 was huge for me and took more than half a year.

How I went from small weak forearms to decent size.

1. Wrist trainer
* 20-30 lbs. Use it several times a day for multiple sets of 30 each time.
* Keeps the forearm pumped/ increased vascularity which helps with growth.


2. Supplements/ food.
* Take L-arginine to vasodilate your veins and eat onions and garlic to further vasodilate. Might feel kind of tired after doing this for a while tho. I did. Probably could use viagra or cialis for this too, never tried it.


3. Rice bucket hand training.
* Get an el cheapo 5 gallon bucket and fill it with rice. once a day do a 10 minute session of working your hands in the rice.
* I usually did 1 minute each of these.
i. wrist stretches: rotating the forearm with a flat palm and flat back hand against the rice.
ii. Gripping the with finger alone. Not using the palm.
iii. Gripping with full hand into the palm
iv. Rotating the thumb clockwise and then counter clockwise.
v Lifting the rice with the back of the hand.
Vi. rotating the rice with with my fist clockwise and the counterclockwise. broke this into 1 minute of each direction with each wrist for 4 minutes total
You should feel super pumped after this.

4. wear a strap or one of those tennis elbow bands around the forearm. This develops massive veins after a while.

There is probably more. I'll think of it later. I was really into it for a while
