The three most important parts of looksmaxing

The truth is no matter how much you pull your bones or abuse skin care products, if you don’t have these three things mastered your cooked

•sleep

•diet

•gym

For sleep get atleast 8 hours, more is better.

For diet switch to animal based. Meat, fruit and other animal products should really be the only things that humans should be eating.

For gym weight training every day you can, I never plan rest days and only take them when I have to. Make sure to include other forms of physical exercises such as running and calisthenics

Some of these might be obvious to most of you but it still needs to be repeated. If you don’t have these mastered then nothing else you do will matter.

2 rest days per week is ideal and on the off days go on low intensity aerobic exercise
 
+basic softmaxxing

hair, eyebrows/eyelashes, teeth, fashion, etc

beyond that fixing falios is all there is to looksmaxxing

so much water tbh but people overcomplicate it

i agree but exercise should also involve cardio and calisthenics for more wholistic wellbeing + development.

and also extensive stretching to complement it, afterwards.

PS. consistency also matters. quite a lot.
