Can't believe I fell for that shit. I watched 1000 youtubers, RSDTyler, RSDMax, Karl Ess, many Motivation youtubers and even watched streams on studying for school and I took notes but I never actually followed any of these tips because deep down I knew it was cope.
Nowadays I only watch self help shit about minimalism and stoicism, it's something even a subhuman can work with.
