Exogenous HGH, despite being incredibly useful, isn't the best way to maximize IGF1 response like many guides frame in their posts.
There are three mains reasons for this:
In this case, wouldn't it be better to use GH secretagogues that trigger actual developmental anabolism?
However, taking purely CJC+Ipa as a teen doesn't lower somastatin enough for it to be worth the exchange in IGF1 levels compared to HGH, so it's also recommended to take Huperzine A and Tesamorelin for optimal effects.

i'm still looking for a full stack for this so pls share your findings
There are three mains reasons for this:
- Exogenous HGH circulates hepatically, which means in the liver, and not in bones/tissues that are needed for developmental anabolism.
- Exogenous HGH upregulates metabolic genes that inhibit and blunts GH signaling
- Exogenous HGH doesn't match up with environmental growth factors such as cortisol, somastatin, insulin, or GHRH activity, meaning the effects don't favor protein synthesis needed for development.
