The truth about muscles

Takes a few years of natty gymcelling, having a good routine+diet all the time to achieve that top picture body though. Lifting/dieting becomes a part of your life, your personality, your main hobby essentially if you want such results without roids.

It's a big sacrifice imo, but it def matters. But worth it?
In 2 years consistent natty lifting with good diet you will already look much better than before and it’s noticeable that you lift as long as you don‘t have giga subhuman genetics.

I think it’s worth it for most men.
If you are a turbomanlet or your muscle insertions and frame are incel tier it might be not worth the effort.
But for the average man it’s the easiest and most efficient way to ascend
 
There's a small niche of women that go crazy over muscular men. The vast majority of women don't give a fuck.

Gymcel tinder experiements are only so successful because they match with women who go crazy over muscles. Gymcels get ignored by women on the street the vast majority of the time.

For 98% of women it's pretty much face over everything.
If you're telling me there's a subset of women that go crazy over muscles, that means if you get big you're still attracting women. Yes you won't be attractive to all women but you've tried something that has resulted in a woman being attracted to you. Since a lot of guys on this forum are total virgins, that is huge to them. Couple that with all the women on tinder, and you've shown off yourself to plenty of women that like your big muscles. What you're saying is muscles would make your life exponentially better. Even for the women that don't actively seek out muscular guys, muscles are going to hurt your chances as much as your chances were before you had muscles. At most. That's coupled with great health, discipline, and respect from others since muscles make you look dominant. Zero negatives
 
I'm extremely biased but I think being in good shape is the best thing you can do for your life.
