Isolating certain muscle groups is going above and beyond what's necessary. Simply doing weighted pullups is an efficient compound exercise to gain some lean muscle mass.

Takes a few years of natty gymcelling, having a good routine+diet all the time to achieve that top picture body though. Lifting/dieting becomes a part of your life, your personality, your main hobby essentially if you want such results without roids.

It's a big sacrifice imo, but it def matters. But worth it?
