Your actual serum testosterone numbers don’t matter much. The most important things are:
1) Your androgen receptor concentration and sensitivity. Some people could have 500ng/dl levels of test and make the most out of it when it binds to the receptor whilst others need 900ng/dl to get the same effect!
2) Your Free test. This is the test that’s available to bind to the receptor. Once again same concept applies, if you have 1000ng/dl test levels, but very little free test due to high SHBG, then you won’t get the benefits of that high test.
This is from a natural perspective. With roids and pharmaceuticals, it can be quite different.
