Your actual serum testosterone numbers don’t matter much. The most important things are:
1) Your androgen receptor concentration and sensitivity. Some people could have 500ng/dl levels of test and make the most out of it when it binds to the receptor whilst others need 900ng/dl to get the same effect!

2) Your Free test. This is the test that’s available to bind to the receptor. Once again same concept applies, if you have 1000ng/dl test levels, but very little free test due to high SHBG, then you won’t get the benefits of that high test.

This is from a natural perspective. With roids and pharmaceuticals, it can be quite different.

If you have strong, efficient Androgen receptors, it makes much better use of the testosterone so you need less of it to have the effects you’re looking for.

Free test is what actaully matters. It’s what the receptors can make use of. Always measure free test if you’re having low T symptoms.

Not really. Most people think the higher the test the better, which is true to some extent, but free test matters much more.

True, if it's more it isn't neccesary better, for exemple a 700ng/dl guy will put muscle mass the same as 900ng/dl guy because he is still in the normal range, big changes appear when u are above the normal range

Total test still matters, especially if you’re taking about the mental part of it

Comparing 500 ng to 800-900 ng the higher T guy won’t put on muscle that much faster, but he will have more energy, more morning wood, probably be leaner too

ok so how do you max receptors then?

Your androgen receptors are determined by what? Unchangeable, right
Daily environment, probably of the few significant things you can change, cope harder though

I was asking my nigga
I think the sensitivity is somewhat controllable by your lifestyle, whether you work out ect and roids. The concentration is mainly genetic or Pren T, however it seems that the concentration doesn’t vary too much between individuals apparently. The only way to increase them is once again exercise, having elevated T levels for a very long time ( roiding basically) and apparently electrocution increase the concentration.

And your environment matters for both sensitivity and concentration. Sadly for most it’s a negative effect due to lack of exercise in gen Zers, Estrogenics and plastics everywhere, bad environment for the mother leading to lower Pren T ect.
