"bulking" is a meme created by guys who were steroid abusers and then suddenly stopped taking them then they gain tons of weight and use "bulking" as an excuse for their heavy decension and save face

Thats why im cutting as skinny fat and build slowly muscle over time once i go to gym soon,i think Theres nothing worse that looksmins then a fat face with double chin.

everyone has fat 12-15% fat is enough to build muscle, just eat and burn those calories doing daily activies or gym and if you do "bulking" then you gotta do more cardio otherwise u get bloated being natural

yes I have "average" person physique that never stepped in the gym, I achieved this form in 2 years with my same diet I used to have when I had no muscle but now I just trained couple a times per week



I can do 4 strict muscle ups in a row when I am fully rested, how many u can do? I'm 183cm tall and around 70 kg

True. In prehistoric lifestyle, there was no such thing as "bulking" it's not natural. People just were lean and strong. Maybe a bit fatter in the winter, but still very low BF%.

At one point I was able to do 50 push ups but I reckon this is a death-tier achievement. As for pull-ups I can only squeeze out few chin-ups. I'm afraid to do them at home since I don't want to cause gas leak (I used to do pull-ups on a gas pipe).
