So I've noticed people with lean faces and hollow cheeks tend to have one of two types of cheek hollows, or a mixture of both. This might be lighting dependant as well. What do you think is the cause of this? Is it cheekbone structure, buccinator hypertrophy/fat storage in the area? Or could it be from larger masseters insertions that cover more area on the cheeks rather than on the edge of the ramus?

Type 1 (downwards V shape)

real brad pitt has the inverted type while guys like Depp have the classic v style. I think v style is what most people think of when you say hollow cheeks, but inverted also looks good. Delisola has inv v but o'pry got the regular v

tbh I think Dellisola's inverted V is due to low Zygos

Yeah and the cheek bone isn’t as much of an s curve. Cheekbone largely diminishes after zygo
