Hollow cheeks are the ultimate male gaze cheat code. They turn a good face into a great one, a great one into a slayer, and a slayer into something borderline demonic.
Firstly, I see a lot of people still confused on debloating, thinking it's meant to be permanent. Debloating will only last until you go to sleep at the most.
There are already 100s of debloating threads on here so ill be breif.
All these methods work, and are very safe to do every single day. However there is another debloat method that works far better, however probably isn't safe to do daily. These would be diuretics.
There are a few options out there, the best being Eplerenone. Here is a good thread on that: https://looksmax.org/threads/debloa...ide-the-truth-about-debloating.1431811/page-2
Devices
Does microcurrent actually work to lose face fat?
No, microcurrent does not cause true fat loss in the face.
Microcurrent devices deliver very low-level electrical currents that stimulate facial muscles and supposedly increase ATP production, collagen/elastin, and lymphatic drainage.
These effects primarily affect:
Muscle tone (temporary “toning” or slight hypertrophy)
Skin firmness (via collagen stimulation)
Temporary de-puffing (by moving lymph and water)
Fat loss requires
Caloric deficit (overall body fat reduction)
Or targeted procedures that actually destroy or remove fat cells (cryolipolysis, radiofrequency with fat apoptosis, Kybella, liposuction, etc.)
Microcurrent does none of these. There is no quality evidence showing it causes adipocyte apoptosis or permanent volume loss in facial fat pads.
A 2015 study (Kwon et al.) on professional microcurrent facial treatments showed improved facial contour and reduced wrinkles after 20 sessions, but measurements were done with 3D imaging immediately or shortly after treatment → temporary muscle contraction and reduced edema explain most of the change.
A 2021 split-face study (Jung et al.) using a home microcurrent device for 8 weeks showed slight improvement in nasolabial folds and jawline definition on the treated side, but again no significant change in subcutaneous fat thickness measured by ultrasound.
No peer-reviewed study has ever demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in facial fat-pad volume from microcurrent alone.
However people argue because many reddit users claim that they have lost face fat from this.
This is most likely due to Immediate de-puffing (lymphatic drainage + vasoconstriction),
temporary muscle pump (face looks more “chiseled” for a few hours), or better skin tension from collagen stimulation over weeks/months.
These effects fade quickly once you stop treatments.
Certain types of RF devices can permanently reduce facial fat.
Radiofrequency is a type of energy (invisible radio waves) that heats up the deeper layers of your skin and fat without burning the surface.
When used correctly, this controlled heat does two main things:
The device sends radio waves between one or more electrodes (poles).
What happens at different temperatures:
New collagen → lifted, tighter skin that lasts years
Real medical-grade radiofrequency does permanently reduce face fat if (and only if) it reaches the fat-killing temperature.
Ultrasonic cavitation is a fat-reduction treatment that uses sound waves you can’t hear to literally shake fat cells until they explode — without surgery, needles, or heat.
It’s like putting a bag of fat cells in a paint shaker: the cells burst, spill out their oily contents, and your body flushes the oil away forever.
The device sends low-frequency ultrasound waves
Professional: 25–40 kHz (deep fat)
Some at-home: 30–40 kHz
Fake ones: 1 MHz or higher → no cavitation, just warm massage
These sound waves create millions of tiny bubbles in the fluid between your fat cells (this is called “cavitation”).
The bubbles get bigger and then violently implode (pop like mini grenades).
The shockwave from each pop rips open the fat cell membrane.
The fat cell dies and spills out its liquid fat (triglycerides + fatty acids) into the space between cells.
Your lymphatic system and liver pick up this spilled fat and pee/poop it out over the next 1–7 days.
→ That’s why you’re told to drink water and move after treatment.
Dead fat cells = permanent volume loss in the treated area (gone forever unless you gain a lot of weight again).
Ultrasonic cavitation can cause some permanent fat cell disruption, but the face's thin fat layers and bony structure make it less ideal. Results are modest (10–20% reduction in submental/chin fat with combos), and it's not as reliable as RF or HIFU for targeted facial contouring. Best for mild double chins or jowls when combined with RF/vacuum.
However, many people say this works very well on the face, and it is something I will be starting soon as I do believe this works.

Thanks for reading, this is my first real thread if its not overaly obvious.
Ive been in this space for a while, and want to start making more threads, (unless you guys find this that terrible) please give me advice if you have it.
Unfortunately, not everyone can be mogger with hollow cheeks if they dont have optimal facial structure.
Both have a similar amount of fat in the face, in fact Jordan may actually be more fat in this photo, however due to his superior bone structure, he has more of that hollow look.

Something a lot of people go wrong with is mistaking face fat for bloat, and vice versa. This is something I had mistaken for a while, causing me to waste time and money on debloating, when i was in reality just a fat fuck.
The best way ive found to test if you are fat or bloated is to hold two fingers on your cheek for 5 seconds then release. If your cheek bounces back instantly, it's fat, whereas if it takes a second or 2 to slowly spring back it's most likely bloat.

Not gonna waste time here, don't bother doing anything else unless you are sub 12% bodyfat. Its not rocket science, burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight UNDISPUIDELY. Its simple thermodynamics. Cut out processed food (which also will help with debloating) and do daily exercise.

- You want to consume at bare minimum 3x more potassium as you do sodium.
- Taking dandelion root extract with a ratio of at least 4:1 but optimally 10:1, can work well as a cheap and safe option. Similar to caffeine. (black coffee no milk no sugar mogs dont be a pussy)
- Cardio daily
- Sauna daily
- Drinking 3+ L water daily

I see lots of people under 18 asking how to get hollow cheeks.
For some of you, that might not be possible entirely until you get to around 19 which is when most men lose their baby face fat. If you haven't got to the age where you lose that fat you were born with, and you're already lean elsewhere, it's probably better to focus on something else eg: gym, bone growth if you're young enough, and getting good at softmaxing.
Keep in mind you most likely won't lose your baby fat if you aren't lean enough.

Aqualyx
Deoxycholate-based beast, CE-marked in Europe. Nukes fat cells permanently. Swell hits hard—chipmunk mode 5-14 days.
Dosage: 0.2 mL per point (1-2 cm grid, 45° angle, 7mm deep subQ). Max 2 mL per cheek, 1-1.6 mL submental, 4-5 mL total face per session. 1-2 vials (8 mL each) overall. Low-dose hack: 0.05-0.1 mL/point cuts swell to 2-3 days but needs more sessions. 2-4 rounds, 4-6 weeks apart.
Lemon Bottle
Korean "natural" mix—riboflavin, bromelain, lecithin. Milder burn, viral for quick subtle hits, but zero trials mean it's trial-and-error. Swell? Barely 1-3 days.
Dosage: 0.1-0.3 mL per point for face (up to 0.5 mL if aggressive). 1 mL per buccal pad, 2-3 mL total cheeks/jowls, 8-12 mL full lower face split over points. One user dropped 12 mL in 2 days for fast debloat. 3-5 sessions, 2-3 weeks apart. Easier entry if downtime's a no-go.

When used correctly, this controlled heat does two main things:
- Kills fat cells permanently (only if it gets hot enough — ≥65–70 °C inside the fat layer)
- Tightens skin by shrinking existing collagen and making your body produce new collagen for months/years
The device sends radio waves between one or more electrodes (poles).
- Monopolar = deepest penetration (best for fat)
- Bipolar = shallower (mostly skin tightening)
- RF microneedling = needles carry RF directly into fat layer (best combo)
What happens at different temperatures:
- 40–43 °C (most cheap/at-home devices) → feels warm, temporary glow, mild tightening
- 50–60 °C (good professional skin-tightening devices) → strong collagen remodeling, firmer skin for 1–2 years
- 65–75 °C inside the fat layer (Thermage, Morpheus8, FaceTite, etc.) → fat cells literally burst and die forever (adipocyte apoptosis). Your body removes them over 2–6 months.
New collagen → lifted, tighter skin that lasts years

Surgery
Buccal fat removal (aka bichectomy or cheek reduction) is a surgical procedure that removes the buccal fat pads — small, deep fat deposits in your lower cheeks (between cheekbones and jawline). These pads give a naturally round, "baby-faced" look, but removing them creates a slimmer, more chiseled contour by highlighting cheekbones and jawline. It's done via tiny incisions inside the mouth (no visible scars), under local or general anesthesia, and takes about 30–60 minutes. Ideal for adults 20–40 with stable weight and fuller cheeks; not great if your face is already thin or you're over 50 (as natural fat loss with age could make you look gaunt).
It's permanent — the fat pads don't regrow — but remaining facial fat can still fluctuate with weight changes. Unlike non-surgical options (RF, cavitation), this is invasive but delivers dramatic, targeted results.
Results: What to Expect (Before/After, Timeline, and Real Talk)
Results are subtle yet transformative: slimmer mid-face, hollowed cheeks, sharper jawline, and a more angular profile. It's popular for "de-babyfying" the face (think: from soft/round to sculpted like celebrities post-procedure). However, over-removal can lead to hollowing or an aged look later in life, so surgeon skill is key.
Its also largely specualted that jordan barret recently got this procedure.
