The Forearms
The most underrated muscle—not just for aesthetics, but for sheer dominance.
Being able to hold something down and not let go is incredibly important to dominate those around you, the sheer capabilities your forearms have is incredible for controlling and commanding.
Not to mention, having big forearms SAVES framecels and leancels from looking DYEL in a shirt. Your lanky "sleeper build" can be fixed with a pair of bulging forearms.
How does forearms allow you to completely DOMINATE social settings?
Armwrestle? dominate
You grab someone? dominate
Shaking hands? dominate
Choking someone out? dominate
Wrestling? dominate
How to train forearms
Your forearm training should revolve around three main movement patterns:
1. Belt rise and pronation
This is where the bulk of your strength will come from
2. Weighted holds
load up as much weight as you can hold and hold it as long as possible
3. Towel pull ups
AMRAP, you probably wont be able to do much cause your forearms will be tired asf
Do 1 set of each of these exercises at the end of your pull day for massive and powerful forearms
