We see some people follow a carnivore diet, but they are creating cacrogenic sources and willingly eating that by cooking it. Instead of cooking your food eat it raw such as:
Raw liver(1x a week)
Raw steak(1x/day)
Raw chicken(1x/day)
Any other type of raw meat once a day or once a week
Make sure to throw in some moldy berries or any type of fruit once a day
Fermented beef as a special occasion(detoxing)

Hot raw milk baths, eat raw fermented beef or eggs and moldy berries as said by aajonus vonderplanitz.
This will draw heavy metals out of your body such as places as your eyes and organs. You will notice your eye color lightening because we only have 2 eye colors that exist blue or brown if its any other color you are poisoned from vaccines

Raw milk, raw colostrum, homemade fruit juices that were home grown. Never drink bottled water you get all your water from the drinks i listed and your diet.
