scim through several jawsurgeryforums, use the google function " site:[insert site url] [insert thing you want to know]

take the things which are fixable and I could likely get

become so knowledgeable in this field that you can actually talk with your jaw surgeon professionally and that you can read studies without googling every second word

Search for good jaw surgeons, try to push for higher surgeries like LeFort 3 and eventually settle with a bimax

sleep several nights about it

realize that I would need several procedures to see somewhat significant results

order the procedures in priority

makes sure everything goes right and ensure good communication of surgeon to orthodontist and vice versa

know what you want and act on it, those things which actually make the difference in your life barely get handed to you on a silver tablet

If I was OP I'd offer him, you, or surgerymax from lookism money to evaluate his face, x-rays, and develop different plans, differing in estimated invasiveness, cost, etc. Because I don't think OP will ever do what you're suggesting on his own.

Imo you don't need this. Your lower third is fucked up, you have a fairly long mandible, so your base isn't as bad as you think. Look into palatal expansion, lip size reduction and some surgery to reposition your jaw into its proper place. And lose fat. CCW is a meme. I've never seen anyone reach a full blown CCW rotation. The orthodontic technology is not that developed yet.

Also I think you don't get what looksmaxing is all about. If you think it's about becoming Chad then forget it. This is in 90% of cases not achievable. I see your BDD-like obsession in every thread you make, "CCW rotation, maxilla replacement, lefort 4", it's quite obvious you don't want to looksmax, you want to reach perfection.
