I've been experimenting with controlled yawning and forcibly opening the trachea (basically manual airway expansion) throughout the day. It sounds weird, but it's been a total "off switch" for my hunger.
Why it works (The Science):
• Vagus Nerve Activation: Opening the throat this way stimulates the vagus nerve, which sends direct "satiety" signals to the brain. You’re essentially tricking your nervous system into thinking you’re full.
• Sympathetic Shift: The forced expansion puts your body into a state where it prioritizes oxygenation over digestion.
• Sensory Blocking: The physical feedback from your jaw and pharynx creates enough "noise" to drown out hunger signals.
The Protocol:
You basically hold a deep, "silent" yawn and expand the back of your throat as wide as possible. You can do this while breathing m, and with your mouth closed, it actually makes breathing easier I suggest you do this all day. But be warned it will make you verry horny like all day basically. Do this whenever the hunger kicks in. It’s a zero-calorie way to stay lean without the mental drain of fighting cravings.
