Oswald Spengler is an extremely high IQ individual who wishes to systematize history and understand the very core trends of civilization, giving him the ability to properly predict the fates of civilizations.

Western Civilization, according to Oswald Spengler is on the decline and there's nothing we can do about it. Why? A civilization has a fundamental worldview which must reach its logical conclusion. A civilization will adopt a worldview at its birth and go full throttle on that worldview until it collapses.

What does this mean?
The coming tensions in the West, according to Spengler, would lead to authoritarianism in the West. It'll be a right-wing backlash for sure. Imagine a right-wing authoritarian leader, which establishes the executive branch as the supreme branch, crushing checks and balances.
This will remedy some issues, but the MOMENTUM is too great to actually save the West. All civilizations collapse, and the West will too. It must play out.
