or you can simply read the program to know that’s good for most of the beginner and intermediate male lifters who have hypertrophy as their main goal.

Physique is shit for proof. My genetics are bottom-tier. People who rely on the program’s creator’s physique as the main way to judge a program’s quality would instantly ignore good programs that’re designed by bad-genetics people. On the other side of the spectrum, lots of people get fooled into following bad programs made by guys who have superior genetics or are on PEDs. People need to use their brains to inspect programs instead of decide based on the physique of the programs’ creators.
