Yo boyos, logging here when I have some free time, life works great , fucked a couple of teens even without hair in my head. I love this life. Anyway, on topic :

I have a theory, might be shit, might be not., I need your opinion on this one with some valid info / links/ studies, but is it me paranoid or :

Prolonged intensive body training (effort) that leads to exhaustion like super competitive sports : mma, kickboxing, maraton running , hiit after hiit, etc without letting the body rest properly (days off trainig) can actually cause super rapid aging ?!

I ask this because I noticed in my mma gym guys who joined years ago now look ten years older, not all of them but some do. The same thing I noticed at running maratons sports, but this should include football too if it was the case..... well in army , it seems the pattern repeats. I knew a guy who joined in 2015 and now he looks 10 years older, all he did was lots of running with weights on him, some nights without sleep and extreme conditions.

Was it all a coincindence and these guys had normal natural aging for their dna configuration / ethnigcs / genetics, or the turtle is the most longevive because it doesn't... exhaust the body that much and just stays there and rests a lot ?! as we know.. when we go to gym the body needs a period of time to heal itself and the muscles ,etc. while all body is sore and we feel a bit more tired because the body is repairing itself........

So what is the answer ?

Another valid theory could be the sweat effect (losing fat gaining fat cycle over and over) that dehydrates the body and causes wrinkles ?! aka the gym face ?

Shekel means israeli currency, what has israeli currency to do with my post ?

Probably yes if you consistently skip recovering properly.

If you recover well, the positives outweigh the small possible negative effects.

So what recovery is needed to avoid this effect ? I mean for example 3 days ago I had super intensive mma training, after a month of break. I still feel the effects today like... all body aches and a bit constant fatigue, considering I would train daily like this, wouldn't it cause bad bad effects ? most mma guys train almost daily .... and there you go do the math

Maybe it has to fo with oxidative stress

If it has to do with oxidative stress it has nothing to do with effort, that's another discussion. Or did you imply breathing being related with this ? hyperventilation lol

Yes, any more stress than necessarily will cause your body to age more rapidly whether its mental stress or physical stress.

Tales from the Shekel deli

Guys what the hell is shekel deli ?!

I am very happy with my life, but I would love to be 15 again, not one of them, as their life is totally lost considering many factors. Anyway I am waiting for someone to be on topic instead of these useless convos with silly trolls speaking about shekels

This is a shit theory. Stressing cells in a good fashion will help them activate their ancient survival system that negates aging effects. The reverse of this argument has been proven by looking at regularly exercising humans' dna methlation patterns which can accurately tell you the rate at which an individual is aging. but if you talking about really extreme and prolonged no-rest training that can be harmful but I would doubt that the detrimental effects will be related to aging

I think OP is true to a small degree. But only in extreme cases and it will vary by individual and specific training. Case in point Lance Armstrong. During his tour days he looked considerably older than his actual age. I was inclined to attribute this to dehydration, as he was often photographed after a race. But even in 2019 in street clothes he still looks older than actual age. Curiously at the top of his fame he dated Sheryl Crow who was like 4 years older than him. Similar appearance with 5 time tour winner Miguel Indurain.

Kind of like how steroid abusers can over activate insulin signaling, I think extreme endurance athletes can over stimulate other metabolic processes. I think one needs to alternate catabolic and anabolic exercise to avoid this.

What is the origin of the jew sheckel sheckels science joke ? can anyone provide a link ?

Guys I really want to insist on this theory, can anyone come up with studies to prove that what I said is wrong ? considering that people in blue zones do MODERATE activity and light exercise (just aerobics) and they are the most longevive, why would my theory be wrong ? I mean take a look at guys like Vitor Belfort in MMA or I don't know, Wanderlei Silva,

these guys were the hardcore of the hardcorest and had the most intense trainings in MMA , yet they aged very fast. So ? why am I wrong ? can we discuss on this topic without 15 year old acneic suicidal kids that come here just to troll ? I mean there are guys who use their brains too on these forums I hope
